With respect and a sense of responsibility for the security of your personal data, the Investment Center protects your privacy and handles your personal data respecting the guarantees of legality and transparency.Without prejudice to the specific provisions of this Personal Data Protection Policy, no personal information is subject to rental, sale, public posting or disclosure to other companies, organizations or websites. 

The Personal Data Protection Policy applies to all partnerships.

INFORMATION COLLECTED:

The data collected relates to Identity and Tax Details or other relevant data, necessary for the nature of the work at hand, such as the registration of interested parties on Ministry platforms through the services provided by trained executives of our company. 

METHOD OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data is collected directly from the interested parties, through the completion of response forms or verbally or through third parties (accountants, suppliers, engineers, etc.).

USE - DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The collection of personal data of our clientele is necessary and required for the comprehensive provision of our services and the immediate response to each request. 

The personal data we process for this purpose consists of information you have already provided to us or data we collect when you use our services.

RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

In case of cooperation, the data is kept for as long as there is a contractual relationship with you. After the contractual relationship ends, we keep your personal data for a period of up to 3 years. 

In the absence of a customer relationship, the retention time of your personal data is for 24 months, unless the user requests the cessation of its use. 

After the end of the period defined by the respective legal-tax obligation (if any), your personal data is deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA 

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data that we have stored at any time, in accordance with applicable law and without any charge. We may ask for proof of your identity before we provide you with this data. In some cases, we may not be able to allow access to certain personal data. For example, if your personal data is related to other people's personal data or if it is held for legal reasons. In these cases, we will explain to you the reason why you cannot obtain this data.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and the company will delete them immediately. However, in certain cases where applicable legal and tax obligations require the mandatory retention of data, the deletion of data may be prohibited. In these cases, we will explain to you why we cannot delete your personal data and for how long.

You have the right to request the suspension of processing by the company of your personal data and the company will proceed with the immediate suspension of processing. If this is not possible, we will explain to you why we cannot stop processing your PD. 

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing by the company of your personal data in order to proceed with the immediate restriction of their processing. If this is not possible, we will explain to you the reason why we cannot restrict the processing of your Data.

You have the right to request the transmission of your personal data to another institution/organization and the company will proceed with the direct transmission of this data. However, in some cases due to documented obligations of the company, your request may not be accepted. 

In the event that it is proven that your personal data was leaked by the company resulting in you suffering material or non-material damage, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority).
